

Helen Lee BVetMed BSc (Hons) MRCVS
Clinical Director
Helen qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2010 and joined the Roebuck as clinical director in December 2017. She has a keen interest in and is currently studying for a certificate in soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery and emergency and critical care. Outside of work she is kept busy with her two dogs, three cats, horse and two chickens. She regularly competes her horse at the weekends.


Adam Daniels BVetMed (Hons) PhD MRCVS
Adam graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2016 and starting working in small animal practice. He joined Roebuck in February 2018 and has been enjoying the wide range of cases in the hospital environment. His biggest interest is surgery, and he hopes to complete a certificate in this discipline. Adam loves spending time with his family and his Boxer dog called Roux. He enjoys skiing, cooking and DIY projects.


Bill (William) Nolan BSc BVetMed MRCVS
Bill got his first degree in bio-veterinary sciences before embarking on training to become a vet. He graduated from the RVC in 2017 and started here at Roebuck Vets in the same year. Bill has a special interest in medicine cases and really enjoys clinical pathology. He has a rescue cat called Steve, who was a stray, initially looked after here at Roebuck after a road traffic accident. In his spare time Bill likes DIY and gardening.


Susan Playle BVSc (Hons) MRCVS
Susan graduated from University of Queensland, Australia in 1991. Following graduation she undertook a large animal internship at University of Guelph, Canada. She moved to the UK in 1993 and worked at various mixed animal practices before joining Roebuck in 1997. Susan enjoys all aspects of small animal veterinary practice. She currently has two cats, two teenagers and a husband. She enjoys going to the gym and travelling. Susan is primarily based at our Roebuck site.


Charlotte Rice BVSc MRCVS
Charlotte graduated from Bristol University in 2015 and spent her first two years working at a small animal practice in Watford before joining Roebuck Vets in August 2017. She especially likes cats, with two of her own, Tigger and Comet. Charlotte enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and is enjoying working is a busy hospital with lots of interesting cases! Outside of work Charlotte enjoys yoga, Netflix and travelling.


Marcus Selvadurai BVetMed MRCVS
Marcus graduated from the RVC in 2016, and worked in Hertfordshire as a small animal vet before joining Roebuck in April 2017. He has a particular interest in surgery although enjoys all aspects of clinical practice. Marcus has three dogs who keep him occupied in his spare time. Along with dog walking, Marcus enjoys playing hockey and exploring new places.


Nigel Tao BSc BVSc MRCVS
Nigel qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2015 and since has been working at Roebuck Veterinary Group. He especially enjoys surgery. At home he has four dogs called Bear, Soleil, Jessie and Poppy as well as one cat called Orion. In his spare time Nigel enjoys playing sports (football and badminton), eating and travelling.


Liz Tilson BVSc ESVPS GPCertSAM MRCVS
Liz graduated from Liverpool University in 1983 and has worked at Roebuck since May 1987. She enjoys both medicine and surgery and is doing further qualifications in feline practice. She owns three cats and three dogs. Liz enjoys walking her dogs and windsurfing.
